We accept health plans from most of the major insurance providers. We are open to working with any insurance carrier, including those not listed below. We accept Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans. While we are willing to work with any carrier, a prior authorization may be required and approved. Call New Life Wellness PLLC today and we will do our best to accommodate your situation or provide coverage answers. We use sliding pay scales to help those patients with financial need. We work to assist those uninsured individuals to access health coverage through the work of Assisters (coverage access not guaranteed). The agenda of New Life Wellness is to remove financial barriers so patients can access needed care.
