Accept Most Insurance Plans

We accept health plans from most of the major insurance providers. We are open to working with any insurance carrier, including those not listed below. While we are willing to work with any carrier, a prior authorization may be required and approved to access services. Call New Life Wellness PLLC today and we will do our best to accommodate your situation or provide coverage answers. We also have access to a self pay scale to help in an attempt to provide access to those uninsured. If needed, we will work to assist those uninsured individuals access health coverage through the work of Assisters (coverage access not guaranteed).
